We are looking for a meticulous and experienced Quality Check Engineer to be the guardian of our standards, ensuring every product that carries the Buildskill name is flawless.

What You’ll Do

• Implement Quality Standards: Establish, manage, and enforce rigorous quality control processes for all incoming components and finished products.

• Conduct Rigorous Inspections: Perform detailed inspections, measurements, and tests on our tools and hardware to ensure they meet precise engineering specifications and performance benchmarks.

• Identify and Resolve Defects: Systematically identify, document, and track any product defects or nonconformities. You will be empowered to halt production or shipment if standards are not met.

• Root Cause Analysis: Collaborate closely with the Lead Product Manager and R&D Engineer to investigate the root cause of any quality issues and implement effective corrective actions.

• Maintain Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive quality assurance documentation, including inspection plans, test results, and quality control procedures.

• Drive Continuous Improvement: Analyze quality data to identify trends and recommend process improvements to enhance product reliability and reduce defects.

Who You Are

• A Mechanical Engineer: You hold a B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering and have a strong foundation in engineering principles.

• Industry Veteran: You have proven hands-on experience in a quality assurance or quality control role, with a background in the automotive and/or tools industry.

• Meticulously Detailed: You have an exceptional eye for detail. You believe that quality is in the specifics and nothing escapes your notice.

• A Principled Gatekeeper: You are assertive and confident in your decisions, capable of acting as the final checkpoint to ensure only the best products reach our customers.

• Process-Oriented: You are skilled in quality control methodologies (like Six Sigma, TQM, etc.) and know how to build and maintain robust quality systems.

• Collaborative Problem Solver: You work effectively with cross-functional teams to solve problems and uphold a culture of quality throughout the organization..

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹700,000.00 per year
