Job Description

As a Quality Auditor, you will be responsible for conducting quality audits on calls in Marathi/Hindi and providing constructive feedback to agents. Additionally, you will conduct compliance and quality checks, ensuring timely reporting. Your role will involve driving continuous improvement by making recommendations and implementing strategies to enhance quality management processes and framework for improved service delivery. It is essential to ensure efficient data management for all deliverables, making them readily accessible without any delays. You will also participate in internal and external calibrations to maintain consistent scoring and feedback delivery approaches. To excel in this role, you should have a minimum of 6 months of experience in a BPO/call center as a Quality Auditor. Proficiency in understanding the audit and coaching processes is crucial. Strong verbal and written communication skills are necessary for effective feedback delivery. Additionally, hands-on experience in MS Excel, PowerPoint presentations, and reporting knowledge will be beneficial in executing your responsibilities effectively.,
