As a Quality Auditing Specialist at Accenture, your role involves ensuring the final quality of deliverables by conducting thorough reviews of language, clarity, consistency, and alignment with client standards. Your responsibilities include: - Reviewing final project deliverables to guarantee clarity, correctness, and adherence to client-approved standards and style guides. - Ensuring deliverables are free of spelling, grammatical, and punctuation errors, and meet instructional and formatting requirements. - Checking for consistency in terminology, tone, voice, and formatting across the document or module. - Maintaining conciseness and minimizing repetition unless explicitly required by design. You will also be responsible for Quality Governance and Reporting by: - Identifying, categorizing, and logging errors using predefined error categories. - Tracking and reporting quality status for each deliverable and highlighting recurring issues or risks to the QA Lead. - Maintaining accurate documentation of reviews, including time tracking and reporting logs. - Contributing to dashboards or metrics reports as required by the QA Lead or Manager. Additionally, you will need to ensure Client Standards and Style Compliance by: - Becoming familiar with the clients style guide, tone, and content quality expectations. - Ensuring each deliverable aligns with the agreed-upon standards for structure, language, and instructional soundness. - Flagging and escalating any discrepancies, unclear guidance, or evolving expectations. Your collaboration and coaching support responsibilities include: - Providing clear, actionable feedback to stakeholders and content developers. - Supporting the QA Lead in identifying common error patterns and barriers to quality. - Assisting in the development of coaching materials, checklists, or job aids to improve quality across the team. - Participating in mentoring initiatives or quality briefings as needed. To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills: - Written and verbal communication skills. - Degree in English or a related field. - Familiarity with globally accepted style guides or client-specific guides. - Exposure to content development or instructional design environments. - Ability to adapt to dynamic schedules and shifting priorities across varied subject areas. - Problem Management and Critical Thinking capabilities. - Minimum 6-8+ years of experience in copy editing, proofreading, or QA review of instructional materials (preferably digital formats). - Strong command of English grammar and awareness of different English dialects. - Keen attention to detail, especially in language, structure, and formatting.
