Quality Assurance (QA) Officer

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and maintain QA systems in compliance with GMP, ISO, and regulatory standards
• Review and maintain Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR) and Batch Packing Records (BPR)
• Conduct internal quality audits and assist in regulatory inspections (e.g., FDA, ISO)
• Monitor manufacturing and packaging activities for adherence to SOPs
• Prepare and review quality-related documents like SOPs, change controls, deviations, and CAPAs
• Conduct line clearance before manufacturing/packing
• Handle product complaints and support investigation with the QC and Production teams
• Support in product stability studies, validation activities, and documentation
• Ensure proper documentation control and record keeping
• Provide training to staff on quality standards and GMP practices

Key Requirements:

• B.Sc. / M.Sc. in Chemistry, Microbiology, Pharmacy, or related discipline
• 1–2 years of experience in a QA role, preferably in cosmetics, pharma, or food industries
• Strong knowledge of GMP, GLP, and regulatory guidelines (FDA, ISO, AYUSH, etc.)
• Excellent attention to detail, documentation, and analytical skills
• Familiar with quality management systems (QMS) and documentation practices

Preferred Skills:

• Good communication and coordination skills
• Problem-solving and root cause analysis abilities
• Proficiency in MS Office and QA software tools
• Ability to work both independently and in teams
