Quality Assurance (QA) Engineer

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for web, mobile, and API testing.
• Perform manual and automated testing across multiple platforms and devices.
• Identify, document, and track bugs through Jira or similar tools.
• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver high-quality features.
• Conduct regression testing, performance testing, and usability testing.
• Ensure products meet quality standards and compliance requirements before deployment.
• Suggest process improvements and actively contribute to the QA best practices.
• Create and maintain testing documentation and QA metrics.

Key Skills Required:

• Strong understanding of SDLC and STLC.
• Hands-on experience with testing tools such as Selenium, Postman, JMeter, Appium, or similar.
• Proficient in writing SQL queries to validate data.
• Experience with bug tracking tools like Jira, Bugzilla, or similar.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good verbal and written communication.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Knowledge of automation frameworks and scripting in Python/Java/JavaScript is a plus.
• Experience testing APIs and using tools like Swagger, Postman.
• ISTQB or other QA certification (optional but preferred).

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
