Role Description

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the QA/QC department to ensure compliance with FSSAI, HACCP, BRC, and ISO standards.

Implement and monitor Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) across all production lines.

Oversee microbiological, physico-chemical, and sensory testing of raw materials and finished goods.

Collaborate with Production, R&D, and Supply Chain teams to maintain consistent product quality.

Ensure documentation, traceability, and audits are always up-to-date and inspection-ready.

Train and guide QA teams to maintain world-class hygiene and quality standards.

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Food Technology / Microbiology / Food Science.

Minimum 5+ years of QA experience in frozen or processed food manufacturing.

Strong knowledge of HACCP, ISO 22000, and food safety regulations.

Excellent leadership, documentation, and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge in Quality Assurance processes, test plan development, and defect identification
• Experience in QA team management and coordination
• Excellent knowledge of industry standards and regulatory compliance
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently
• Bachelor's degree in Quality Management, Engineering, or a related field
• Prior experience in a Quality Assurance role is a plus
