With our growing domestic and international presence, we're looking for passionate professionals to join our mission-driven team Role Description Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the QA/QC department to ensure compliance with FSSAI, HACCP, BRC, and ISO standards. Implement and monitor Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) across all production lines. Oversee microbiological, physico-chemical, and sensory testing of raw materials and finished goods. Collaborate with Production, R&D, and Supply Chain teams to maintain consistent product quality. Ensure documentation, traceability, and audits are always up-to-date and inspection-ready. Train and guide QA teams to maintain world-class hygiene and quality standards. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Food Technology / Microbiology / Food Science. Minimum 5+ years of QA experience in frozen or processed food manufacturing. Strong knowledge of HACCP, ISO 22000, and food safety regulations. Excellent leadership, documentation, and communication skills. Qualifications Strong knowledge in Quality Assurance processes, test plan development, and defect identification Experience in QA team management and coordination Excellent knowledge of industry standards and regulatory compliance Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently Bachelor's degree in Quality Management, Engineering, or a related field Prior experience in a Quality Assurance role is a plus
