Quality Assurance Manager

Experience Criteria

Role & responsibilities:

• Develop and implement quality assurance policies:

Create and manage the quality control system, including establishing standards and procedures for testing and inspection.

• Lead and manage the QA team:

Supervise QA staff, including hiring, training, and conducting performance evaluations.

• Oversee quality control and testing:

Coordinate and monitor product testing and inspections to ensure they meet quality criteria and standards.

• Analyze data and performance:

Collect and analyze data to identify trends, monitor performance, and generate reports on quality metrics.

• Ensure compliance:

Stay up-to-date on relevant laws and regulations and ensure the company's products and processes comply with them.

• Identify and resolve issues:

Conduct root cause analysis on defects and non-conformities and implement corrective actions.

• Collaborate with other departments:

Work with cross-functional teams, such as product development and engineering, to integrate quality practices throughout the product lifecycle.

• Improve processes:

Identify and recommend opportunities for quality improvement to increase efficiency, reduce waste, and enhance customer satisfaction.

• Manage audits:

Plan and conduct internal audits and prepare for external audits and inspections.
