Quality Assurance Manager (Garments)

Built on a foundation of advanced fabric engineering, ergonomic design, and relentless quality control, our scrubs are worn by some of the finest medical professionals across the country. As we expand our in-house manufacturing capabilities, we're looking for a seasoned QA Manager to elevate our garment quality to new heights.

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-End Quality Control:

  Supervise quality checks from fabric inspection to final packed product across all production stages

• In-Line Audits:

  Conduct real-time audits during stitching, finishing, and packing to ensure defect-free output

• Standardization:

  Develop and enforce QA SOPs, inspection checkpoints, and garment measurement standards

• Root Cause Analysis:

  Investigate recurring quality issues and coordinate with production to implement corrective actions

• Training & Monitoring:

  Train line checkers, QCs, and production teams on quality standards and workmanship expectations

• Reporting & Documentation:

  Maintain quality reports, rejection logs, and inspection records with clarity and rigor

• Customer Returns Feedback Loop:

  Analyze return and exchange data to improve future product quality.

Requirements

• 8-15 years of experience in garment QA/QC
• Strong understanding of garment construction, measurements, and defect classifications
• Hands-on experience in inline and end-line QA systems
• Proficiency in using QA tools and documentation (AQL, measurement sheets, defect tagging)
• Leadership skills to manage a team of line QCs and finishers
• Eye for detail, accountability, and a commitment to world-class product quality
