About the Role:

Quality Assurance Lead

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the

  QA team

  through planning, execution, and delivery of testing activities.
• Develop, implement, and maintain

  comprehensive test plans, strategies, and processes

  .
• Ensure

  quality standards and best practices

  are followed across all testing phases functional, regression, performance, security, and user acceptance.
• Collaborate closely with

  product managers, developers, and business analysts

  to define acceptance criteria and identify potential risks.
• Manage and execute both

  manual and automated testing

  efforts to ensure product reliability.
• Oversee

  test automation framework development and maintenance

  using tools such as Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright.
• Identify, document, and track software defects and ensure timely resolution.
  
• Define and monitor

  QA metrics

  (defect density, test coverage, defect leakage, etc.) to assess product quality.

Key Skills :

• Proven experience as a

  QA Lead, Senior QA Engineer, or Test Manager

  .
• Strong knowledge of

  software QA methodologies, tools, and processes

  .
• Hands-on experience with

  test automation tools

  (Selenium, Cypress, TestNG, JUnit, etc.).
• Proficiency in

  manual testing

  , including functional, regression, and integration testing.
• Familiarity with

  API testing tools

  (Postman, SoapUI) and

  performance testing tools

  (JMeter, LoadRunner).
• Working knowledge of

  CI/CD tools

  (Jenkins, GitLab CI, or similar).
• Experience in

  Agile/Scrum environments
