Job Description

Role Overview: As the Quality Assurance Lead of the Quality Assurance Department, your primary responsibility is to develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance processes to ensure that the company's products and services meet the highest standards. You will be conducting audits, analyzing data, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and driving continuous improvement initiatives to uphold compliance with industry standards and regulations. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement quality assurance policies and procedures. - Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with quality standards. - Monitor and analyze quality performance metrics to identify areas for improvement. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish quality goals and objectives. - Investigate customer complaints and non-conformance issues. - Develop corrective and preventive actions to address quality issues. - Maintain ISO 9001:2015 & other External Certifications such as GDP (Good Distribution Practice). - Train and educate employees on quality control processes and procedures. - Conduct supplier evaluations and audits to ensure the quality of incoming materials. - Participate in the development and implementation of new products and processes. - Ensure quality considerations are incorporated from the beginning of projects. - Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in quality management. - Recommend improvements to existing processes and systems. - Prepare and present reports on quality performance to management. - Oversee the implementation of quality management systems. - Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards. - Facilitate continuous improvement initiatives across the organization. - Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement. - Coordinate with external auditors during quality audits. - Maintain documentation related to quality assurance activities. - Promote a culture of quality throughout the organization. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in quality management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. - Master's Degree in a relevant field is preferred. - Certified as Internal ISO auditor. - 5+ years of experience in a quality management role, preferably in a logistics and supply chain environment. - Proven experience with quality control principles, methodologies, and tools such as Six Sigma or Lean Manufacturing. - Experience in conducting audits and implementing quality assurance processes. - Good distribution practice (GDP) experience is preferred.
