Quality Assurance Intern

Job Role:
We are seeking a motivated Quality Assurance Intern to support our QA team in ensuring the quality and reliability of products/services. The role involves assisting in testing, identifying bugs, documenting results, and working closely with developers and senior QA engineers to improve processes. This internship provides hands-on experience in software/product testing and quality management practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in executing manual and automated test cases.
• Identify, report, and track bugs or issues in products/software.
• Document testing procedures, results, and feedback.
• Support the QA team in maintaining testing environments and data.
• Work with developers to reproduce issues and verify fixes.
• Learn and apply QA tools, methodologies, and best practices.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of testing processes.

Requirements & Skills:

• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field.
• Basic understanding of software development and testing concepts.
• Familiarity with QA methodologies, tools, and processes (added advantage).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to follow test plans and report findings clearly.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
