Job Title: Quality Assurance (QA) Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Review requirements, specifications, and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback.
• Develop, document, and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts (manual/automation).
• Identify, record, and track bugs using standard bug-tracking tools.
• Perform regression testing and verify bug fixes.
• Collaborate with developers and product managers to resolve issues.
• Ensure quality standards are maintained throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Prepare detailed reports on test results and suggest improvements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in software testing (manual and/or automation).
• Strong understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
• Hands-on experience with bug tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello).
• Knowledge of SQL and API testing is a plus.
• Familiarity with automation tools (Selenium, Postman, etc.) is an added advantage.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Pay: ₹10,443.89 - ₹45,416.56 per month
