Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for mobile applications (Android &
iOS).
Perform manual testing of mobile apps to identify usability issues, bugs, and performance
bottlenecks.
Design, implement, and maintain automated test suites using tools like Appium, Espresso.
Conduct functional, regression, smoke, and performance testing of mobile apps.
Collaborate with developers, product managers, and UX designers to understand requirements
and provide QA insights early in the SDLC.
Perform API testing using tools like Postman or REST Assured.
Report bugs with detailed steps, logs, and screenshots, and track them through resolution using
bug tracking tools (e.g., Jira).
Maintain detailed documentation of test cycles and quality metrics.
Ensure compatibility of mobile apps across multiple devices, screen sizes, and OS versions.
Required Skills:
3–5 years of QA experience, with a strong focus on mobile application testing.
Hands-on experience testing native, hybrid, or cross-platform mobile applications.
Proficiency in mobile automation tools such as Appium, Espresso.
Experience with manual testing techniques and writing clear, comprehensive test cases.
Familiarity with bug tracking and test management tools (e.g.Jira, TestRail).
Solid understanding of mobile platforms, including device behaviors, OS versions, and mobile
UI/UX standards.
Experience with CI/CD pipelines and integration of automated tests into build systems.
Good knowledge of REST APIs and testing them effectively.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
