About the Role: We are looking for a skilled and motivated Quality Assurance Engineer to ensure the reliability and performance of our platform. This is a remote, full-time position. You’ll be responsible for both manual and automated testing, working closely with developers and product managers to deliver high-quality software at scale. Key Responsibilities: Design and execute manual and automated test cases based on product requirements Build and maintain test scripts using Python or Java Identify, document, and track bugs through to resolution Collaborate with the engineering team to understand features, architecture, and technical implementation Participate in continuous improvement of QA processes, frameworks, and tools Ensure product quality through functional, regression, integration, and performance testing Qualifications: Hands-on experience with automation testing using Python or Java Solid foundation in manual testing and test case development Knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes Experience with bug tracking and test management tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail) Strong analytical and problem-solving skills High attention to detail and a proactive mindset Excellent written and verbal communication skills Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field Nice to Have: Experience with Selenium, PyTest, TestNG, or similar testing frameworks Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and version control (e.g., Git, Jenkins) Show more Show less
