Knowledge of multiple testing techniques, methodologies, and test framework design at an advanced level of competency and a keen sense of when to apply different techniques, methodologies, and designs and in which types of scenarios. 2. Must have strong collaboration skills with cross-functional peers and fellow QA team members. 3. Possesses a strong ability to comprehend and explain complex systems and ability to understand how changes in one area can affect other parts of the system. 4. A solid understanding of how to debug or troubleshoot any software issue leveraging a depth of knowledge working with HTTP, HTML, CSS, SQL, command line interfaces, and web services is expected. 5. Can articulate a software issue including the situations it does and does not occur in. 6. Can develop in more than one coding language to an Intermediate level of competency. 7. Possesses the ability to develop SQL scripts to an Intermediate level of competency. 8. Ability to teach other team members so they learn what it takes to grow into a Senior as well. 9. Can find creative and elusive defects throughout the system under test. 10. Has a novice to intermediate knowledge of how to test for WCAG (Web Content Accessibility Guidelines) compliance.
