About the Role

We are looking for an experienced QA Manual Tester with Real time automation experience on Appium using Java to test mobile applications (Android & iOS) and web applications.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Maintain and extend automation test scripts using Java Or Appium

  .

• Design, write, and execute detailed test cases.
• Conduct manual testing across

  Android, iOS, and web platforms.

• Perform functional, regression, risk-based, and exploratory testing.
• Identify, log, and track defects & bugs, working closely with developers and Product team for resolution.
• Participate in the end-to-end SDLC and STLC processes for new products.
• Review and maintain test artifacts (test cases, test data, test reports).
• Perform API testing using Postman, Charles Proxy.
• Collaborate in CI/CD environments with Git and Jenkins.
• Ensure proper test case prioritization for efficient execution.
• Support event monitoring validation using Amplitude.
• Work with test management tools such as Jira for planning and defect tracking.

Skills and Qualifications

• Graduate degree in

  Computer Science, Engineering, or related field

  .

• 3–4 years

  of proven experience in manual testing for

  mobile (Android & iOS)

  and

  web applications

  .
• Strong attention to detail and structured testing approach.
• Hands-on experience with:
• Appium + Java (advantage for automation)
• API testing: Postman, Charles Proxy
• Event monitoring: Amplitude
• Test management: Jira
• Familiarity with test design techniques and different testing types (risk-based, ad hoc, exploratory).
• Good understanding of CI/CD pipelines with Git and Jenkins.
• Strong skills in test case prioritization and execution planning.
• Experience with cross-browser and cross-device testing.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
