Quality Assurance Engineer (Manual + Automation)

We are looking for a skilled QA Engineer with hands-on experience in both manual and automation testing. The right candidate should have a solid understanding of SDLC/STLC, strong analytical abilities, and the capability to mentor junior team members.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform manual and automated testing for web and mobile applications.
• Design, develop, and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
• Identify, document, and track software defects through resolution.
• Collaborate closely with development and product teams to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Share knowledge and provide mentorship to junior QA team members.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of professional experience in Quality Assurance.
• Strong knowledge of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) and STLC (Software Testing Life Cycle).
• Proficiency in manual testing and exposure to automation tools.
• Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
• Only local candidates (Mohali) who can attend face-to-face interviews will be considered.
