Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities: You will be responsible for collaborating with the development team to understand project requirements and define test plans. You will have to design and execute test cases to verify the functionality, performance, and usability of software products. You will have to identify and document software defects, track them to resolution, and perform regression testing. You will have to work closely with developers to reproduce, troubleshoot, and resolve issues. You will have to develop and maintain test documentation, including test plans, test cases, and test reports. Participate in Agile/Scrum development processes, providing feedback and suggestions for continuous improvement. Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in software testing. Requirements: Working experience as a Software Tester or in a similar role of at least 06 months. Experience in creating and executing test cases, test plans, test reports and test scripts. Familiarity with various testing techniques, including functional, regression, performance, and usability testing. Candidates with Proficiency in Python are preferred. Experience with test automation tools (e.g., Selenium, JUnit, TestNG, Pytest) is an advantage. Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
