Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Knowledge and implementation experience of ISO 9001 and CMMI Dev
Manage all Quality Assurance activities associated with Software and Hardware development lifecycles
Handholding Quality engineers to perform their quality assurance activities in projects
Handle multiple Delivery Units / Horizontals / Accounts independently.
Publish quality reports / watchouts / escalations to senior management on need basis.
Strong statistical and problem-solving capability
Provide guidance on QMS to project teams and support functions
Experience of leading internal and external audits
Working knowledge on Risk management, Configuration Management, Root Cause analysis, Change Management, Problem resolution management
Working experience in participating Quality Business review meeting, Management review meetings and Senior Management review meetings.
Provide leadership, quality oversight and directions, decision-making, problem solving and team building activities
Experience in defining and implementing Quality Management System
Analyze internal and external non-conformances and implement comprehensive corrective and preventive actions plans (CAPA)

Preferred candidate profile

Mandatory skills: Advanced knowledge in CMMI L5 framework, ISO 9001:2015
Knowledge on ASPICE, ISO 13485, AS9100D, RTCA/DO-178B/C
Experience in Agile, Waterfall and V-models
Good understanding of Quality Management system
Good written and communication
