About the Role

QA Lead

Key Responsibilities

• Lead QA strategy, planning, and execution across projects
• Develop and maintain automation frameworks using Selenium, Cypress & Java
• Ensure comprehensive test coverage for functional, regression, and integration testing
• Collaborate with development teams to identify, track & resolve defects
• Mentor QA engineers and drive best practices in automation and quality
• Work closely with product and engineering teams to deliver high-quality releases
• Own end-to-end quality assurance processes

Required Skills & Experience

• 7–11 years of experience in QA & Automation Testing
• Strong hands-on skills in

  Java, Selenium & Cypress

• Experience designing or maintaining automation frameworks
• Good understanding of SDLC, STLC, and CI/CD environments
• Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills
• Prior experience leading or mentoring QA teams
• Excellent communication & documentation skills
