Job Overview:

We are looking for a skilled QA Automation Engineer to design, develop, and execute automated tests to ensure product quality. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with automation tools, testing frameworks, and a solid understanding of QA methodologies in an Agile environment.Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts for web, mobile, and API testing.
• Perform functional, regression, integration, and performance testing as required.
• Collaborate with developers and product teams to identify, reproduce, and resolve defects.
• Participate in sprint planning, stand-ups, and reviews as part of an Agile/Scrum team.
• Maintain test documentation and ensure traceability using test management tools.
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines to ensure continuous quality delivery.
• Perform database validation and API testing using tools like Postman.
• Troubleshoot test failures and provide detailed defect analysis.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Proficiency in test automation tools such as Selenium, Appium, etc.
• Experience with any one testing framework: TestNG, BDD (Cucumber), or TDD (JUnit).
• Strong scripting skills in one or more languages: Java, Python, or JavaScript.
• Knowledge of version control systems like Git.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Bamboo, etc.
• Understanding of testing methodologies and QA best practices.
• Hands-on experience in database testing and API testing.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Working knowledge of test management tools such as JIRA, TestRail, etc.
• Exposure to performance testing tools like JMeter or LoadRunner.
• Familiarity with cloud-based and cross-browser testing platforms.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with containerized environments (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Exposure to cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP) testing.
• Knowledge of security or mobile automation testing.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
