Quality Assurance Automation Engineer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Software Test Engineer with a strong background in automation testing to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of web-based applications, APIs, and software development life cycles. This role requires a proactive approach to testing, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work in an Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and execute automated test scripts using Selenium WebDriver with Java.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality software delivery.
• Create and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scenarios.
• Analyze and report defects, working closely with developers to ensure timely resolution.
• Conduct performance testing of websites and APIs using appropriate tools.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily standups, and retrospectives.
• Use tools like Postman for API testing and automation.
• Ensure adherence to SDLC and software testing best practices.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 4-8 years of relevant experience in software testing, with at least 4 years in Automation Testing.
• Strong experience with
