Role Overview:

We are looking for skilled Test Automation Engineers to join our team. The ideal candidates will have strong hands-on experience in automation testing with Selenium or Functionize, along with solid communication and collaboration skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and execute automated test scripts for web and mobile applications.
• Collaborate closely with developers, QA, and business teams to understand requirements and define test scenarios.
• Maintain and enhance existing automation frameworks.
• Identify, document, and track defects, ensuring timely resolution.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous testing improvements.
• Provide regular updates on test progress and quality metrics.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 3–5 years of hands-on experience in Test Automation.
• Proficiency in Selenium WebDriver or Functionize (preferred).
• Strong understanding of test design techniques, frameworks, and automation strategy.
• Good experience in scripting languages (e.g., Java, Python, or JavaScript).
• Experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI) and version control systems.
• Familiarity with testing concepts across web and API layers.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a client-facing environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Good to Have:

• Exposure to cloud-based test execution tools or cross-browser testing platforms.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodology.
