Quality Assurance Automation Engineer

We’re Hiring: QA Engineer ( Automation Testing)

Company: Konex FinTech Consulting and Services Pvt Ltd

Location: Hyderabad (On-site/ Hybrid )

Experience: 4+ years (Immediate joiners preferred)

What You’ll Do:

• Design and execute comprehensive manual test plans for web and mobile applications
• Develop and maintain automated test scripts using frameworks such as Selenium, TestNG, etc.
• Validate and verify Conversational AI platforms/bots for functionality, accuracy, and user experience
• Log, track, and report defects with clear reproduction steps and detailed documentation
• Collaborate with developers, product owners, and other stakeholders to ensure delivery quality

Key Requirements:

• 4+ years of hands-on manual testing experience (web & mobile)
• Strong automation testing skills (Selenium, TestNG, or similar)
• Prior exposure to Conversational AI testing platforms (Kore.ai, Yellow.ai, Gnani.ai, Haptik, Rasa) is a strong advantage
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to create clear test cases, bug reports, and QA documentation
