Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Quality Assurance Assistant Manager at OMNI AUTO LIMITED, located in Tada. The Quality Assurance Assistant Manager will be responsible for overseeing the quality assurance processes, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and maintaining quality management systems. Day-to-day tasks include conducting quality audits, managing quality control processes, collaborating with production teams, and addressing quality-related issues. The role also involves developing and implementing quality improvement strategies and training team members on quality standards and procedures.

Qualifications

Experience in Quality Assurance, Quality Control, and conducting Quality Audits
Knowledge of Quality Management Systems (QMS) and industry standards
Strong Analytical Skills and Problem-Solving abilities
Leadership and Team Management Skills
Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Relevant experience in the automotive industry is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related field
