Quality Assurance and Training Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced professional from the insurance industry to join our team as a Quality Assurance and Training Specialist. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in insurance operations, a passion for knowledge sharing, and expertise in ensuring quality standards across processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct training sessions for new hires and existing employees on insurance products, processes, and compliance.
• Monitor and assess the quality of calls, processes, and customer interactions to ensure adherence to company and industry standards.
• Provide constructive feedback and coaching to team members to improve performance.
• Collaborate with management to identify training needs and implement quality improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with insurance regulations and company policies at all times.

Qualifications & Experience

• Proven work experience in the insurance sector (minimum 2years).
• Prior experience in training, quality assurance, or process auditing.
• Strong knowledge of insurance products, industry guidelines, and compliance requirements.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to identify skill gaps and design effective training interventions.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per year
