Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Quality Assurance Analyst to join our team in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in quality assurance, with expertise in international BPO processes.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and implement comprehensive test plans to ensure high-quality service delivery.
Conduct thorough testing of customer interactions to identify areas for improvement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and enhance process efficiency.
Analyze data and metrics to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
Provide detailed reports and recommendations to stakeholders on process improvements.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to drive excellence in quality assurance.

Job Requirements

Minimum 2 years of experience in quality assurance, preferably in an international BPO setting.
Strong knowledge of CRM/IT enabled services/BPO operations and processes.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with teams.
Experience with teleperformance tools and technologies is an added advantage.
