Job Description

Looking for a skilled Quality Assurance Analyst to join our team in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in quality assurance and a strong background in software testing.

Roles and Responsibility

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize testing requirements.
Develop and execute comprehensive test plans to ensure high-quality software delivery.
Analyze and report defects, working closely with development teams to resolve issues.
Participate in agile development methodologies, providing feedback on product quality and suggesting improvements.
Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
Work with stakeholders to understand business requirements and develop solutions that meet their needs.

Job Requirements

Strong knowledge of software testing principles, methodologies, and tools.
Experience with automated testing frameworks and languages such as Java or Python.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently.
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with experience working with distributed teams.
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
