• Salary:

  ₹25,000 – ₹28,000 per month (Negotiable)

Key Responsibilities

• Inspect prototype, trial, and pilot samples of TV wall mounts, brackets, arms, and assemblies
• Perform dimensional inspection as per 2D drawings and specifications
• Support First Article Inspection (FAI) and new product sample approvals
• Inspect parts after laser cutting, bending, punching, welding, and powder coating
• Verify hole alignment, bending angles, flatness, slot dimensions, and assembly fitment
• Use measuring instruments such as Vernier calipers, micrometers, height gauges, angle gauges, and Go/No-Go gauges
• Prepare and maintain inspection reports, FAI documents, and NPD quality records
• Identify deviations, manufacturability issues, and quality risks; provide feedback to NPD, design, and production teams
• Support trial runs by analyzing rejection, rework, and improvement opportunities
• Assist in load testing, assembly trials, and functional validation of TV wall mounts
• Support customer sample inspection and internal validation activities
• Ensure compliance with quality standards, SOPs, and internal procedures

Eligibility & Qualifications

• Diploma / B.Tech in Mechanical or related field
• Minimum

  1+ year experience

  in Quality / NPD / Design understanding
• Strong knowledge of sheet metal fabrication and assembly processes
• Hands-on experience with measuring instruments such as Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, Height Gauge, etc.
