Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an Ecommerce Manager located in Noida. The Ecommerce Manager will be responsible for overseeing online sales and marketing strategies, managing digital advertising campaigns, analyzing web traffic metrics, and ensuring seamless online customer experiences. Additionally, daily tasks include coordinating with various departments to ensure inventory availability, optimizing product listings, and implementing SEO strategies. The role also involves maintaining supplier relationships and developing new ecommerce initiatives to drive growth. Manage and grow sales on Amazon, Flipkart, and other online marketplaces. • Create, optimize, and maintain product listings with accurate descriptions, keywords, and images. • Monitor sales performance, customer feedback, and competitive activity. • Plan and execute promotional campaigns, deals, and discounts to boost sales. • Coordinate with internal teams for inventory management, order processing, and timely dispatch. • Analyze sales data to identify trends and prepare performance reports. • Ensure compliance with marketplace policies and resolve any account or listing issues. • Strong knowledge of marketplace tools, SEO, and advertising campaigns (e.g., Sponsored Ads).
