Job Description

Monitor and evaluate inbound/outbound calls, emails of the Pre Sales team. Ensure adherence to quality standards, communication protocols, and customer service expectations. Identify process gaps and recommend improvements to enhance team efficiency and lead conversion rates. Maintain quality audit reports and provide regular feedback to team leaders and management. Work closely with the training team to design refresher training modules based on quality assessments. Track and report KPIs like TAT, lead handling accuracy, and follow-up effectiveness. Conduct quality calibration sessions with the Pre Sales team to align on performance standards. Provide actionable insights from customer interaction analysis to improve processes and conversion. Required Skills & Qualifications : Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. 3 - 5 years of experience in a quality assurance or analyst role, preferably in real estate or a sales-driven environment. Strong analytical and communication skills. Knowledge of CRM systems (Salesforce) is a plus. Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple priorities. Proficiency in Call Audit Tools, MS Excel and reporting tools.
