Quality Analyst

Responsible for monitoring, inspecting, and proposing measures to improve the quality and sales of the organization and satisfaction level of customers.

-Handling Audits of all the Sales consultants to assess adherence to company standards, policies, and procedures.

-Assists in providing high-quality service and exceeding client expectations by tracking and evaluating the process and giving feedback.

-Reviewing and analyzing call data to identify trends, patterns, or areas for improvement.

-Share Quality Score of the team.

-Developing and implementing strategies to enhance overall quality performance of employees..

- Collaborating with teams to provide guidance, training, and recommendations based on call audit findings.

- Generating detailed reports outlining audit results and offering actionable insights.

-Continuously monitoring and evaluating processes to maintain and improve quality standards.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
