Job Description

Managing, planning and assisting with clients’ travel preferences and creating a tailored itinerary based on their budgets.
Documenting and maintaining records of clients’ payments, invoices, and other travel-related bookings in a timely and accurate manner.
Staying updated by attending seminars or conferences about the latest travel-related trends, regulations and safety measures to provide informed recommendations.
Manage customer expectations and ensure customer satisfaction.
Knowledge of Ticket Issuance/Reissuance/Refunds etc.
Troubleshoot customer queries and requests.
Handle customer’s problems, enquires, and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
Interacting with the Airlines Customer Care.
Willing to work in shifts as per International Time zones.

Mandatory Requirements:

Minimum 6 months experience required of US travel process.
Minimum qualification is 12th pass.
Comfortable for rotational shifts.
Excellent communication skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
