Job Description

About Us:
Rudra Innovative Software Pvt. Ltd. is a growing IT services company working on diverse global projects. We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented QA Manual Tester with basic exposure to Automation to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform manual testing of web and mobile applications.
Create, review, and execute test cases, test plans, and test scripts.
Identify, document, and track software defects using standard tools.
Collaborate with developers and business analysts to ensure quality deliverables.
Perform regression, integration, and functional testing.
Gain exposure and contribute to test automation as per project needs.

Requirements:

2–3 years of proven experience in Manual Testing.
Basic understanding/exposure to Automation Testing tools (e.g., Selenium, JUnit, TestNG).
Must hold a QA Certification (e.g., ISTQB, CSTE, or equivalent).
Strong knowledge of SDLC and STLC.
Good analytical and communication skills.

Good to Have:

Experience with Agile/Scrum methodology.
Familiarity with databases and SQL queries.
