Quality Analyst

About the Company:

We are a Lucknow based company working for a 460 Million Pounds Group in fresh produce with factories in UK, Holland and Spain.

There is no marketing or sales involved in this operation. Duty Timings and working pattern is 6 days & have to be adjusted to UK time Zone.

Role Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in monitoring and maintaining quality standards across the supply chain.
  
• Support inspection and testing of incoming materials, in-process products, and finished goods.
  
• Maintain accurate quality records, reports, and documentation.
  
• Assist in conducting supplier audits and monitoring supplier performance.
  
• Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and production teams to ensure compliance with quality requirements.
  
• Support root cause analysis and corrective action processes for quality issues.
  
• Monitor adherence to regulatory, statutory, and internal quality standards.
  
• Help implement process improvements to enhance supply chain quality and efficiency.
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Science, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
  
• 1-3 years of experience in quality assurance or supply chain operations.
  
• Basic understanding of quality standards, audits, and compliance requirements.
  
• Familiarity with documentation practices, ISO standards, or similar quality frameworks is a plus.
  
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  
• Good communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams.
