Key Responsibilities

Financial Analysis & Reporting

• Prepare, analyse, and interpret financial reports, variance analyses, and performance dashboards.
  
• Develop and maintain financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning.
  
• Conduct profitability, cost analysis, and scenario modelling to support business decisions.
  

Data Management & Analytics

• Manage, clean, and structure large datasets from multiple internal and external sources.
  
• Develop automated reporting systems and maintain data accuracy and integrity.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline data flow and improve reporting processes.
  

Advanced Excel & Tools

• Build complex Excel models using advanced formulas, pivot tables, Power Query, Power Pivot, and VBA (preferred).
  
• Create dynamic dashboards and automated templates for financial tracking and performance analysis.
  
• Support digital transformation by integrating Excel with other data-management tools (Power BI, SQL, etc.).
  

Budgeting & Forecasting

• Assist in annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and long-range planning.
  
• Monitor financial performance against targets and provide actionable insights.
  

Compliance & Controls

• Ensure adherence to internal controls, financial policies, and regulatory requirements.
  
• Support internal and external audits by preparing required financial information.
  

Qualifications & Skills

Education & Experience

• Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Data Analytics, or related field.
  
• 2–5 years of experience in a financial analysis or data-focused role.
  

Technical Skills

• Advanced Excel skills

  (Power Query, Power Pivot, macros/VBA, complex formulas).
• Strong knowledge of

  data management

  , ETL processes, and structured reporting.
• Experience with

  financial modelling

  and analytical tools.
• Proficiency in

  Power BI, SQL, or similar BI tools

  is a strong advantage.
