Role Overview: As a Quality Assurance professional in the Healthcare/Insurance industry, your primary responsibility will be to conduct quality checks on Medical Examination Reports (MER). This includes cross-verifying lab values and insurance-specific medical parameters, ensuring the completeness and accuracy of reports before their final submission, and minimizing operational delays to support grievance resolution. It is essential to maintain documentation standards and adhere to QC procedures to uphold the quality of the reports.
