Job Description

Responsible for ensuring the quality of all the project/application deliverables.
Allocating tasks to the team members associated with the team and make optimum utilization of the human resource.
Responsible for Estimating, prioritizing, planning and coordinating the Testing activities.
Responsible for Identifying, Recording, Documenting thoroughly and tracking bugs in Trello, PMS.
Contributing to the vision for the ongoing evolution of any tool or framework changes to ensure ongoing improvement.
Responsible for performing thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved.
Identifying and implementing improvements on-going basis to provide faster feedback to developers.
Performing manual and exploratory testing as needed.
Responsible for Supporting team members and ensure established goals and deadlines are met.
Responsible for Mentoring and coaching new hires and junior associates.
