Job Description

Role: Quality Analyst

Location: Perungudi, Chennai

Language: Good English with Telugu/Kannada.

Should have a prior experience in BPO/Call Center

Roles and Responsibilities

Randomly audit required number of calls on daily basis.
Providing timely and accurate feedback to agents for improvement areas.
Take corrective actions by doing data analysis to improve process efficiency.
Work upon the action plans to improve Quality scores.

Desired Candidate Profile:

Graduation is Mandatory
1-4 years experience in call auditing Skills Quality analyst in BPO/Call center.
Excellent Communication Skills Multilingual are added advantage.
Immediate Joiners Preferable.
