Quality Analyst

Role Overview: As an Assignment Support Quality Analyst at NES Fircroft, you will be responsible for providing support to the entire sales team. Your main focus will be taking ownership of key administrative duties related to the Bullhorn placement approval process. Additionally, you will assist the team in coordinating concise and timely responses to both internal and external information requests. Key Responsibilities: - Provide feedback on rejected placements to the sales team and assist them in making necessary corrections. - Monitor and track any issues and rejections, escalating ongoing problems to management. - Maintain Client Invoicing forms for easy reference and utilize them when reviewing placements to ensure correct setup. Qualifications Required: - Must be organized and a master multitasker to keep tasks on track and on time. - Proactive mindset, always anticipating and resolving problems before they escalate. - Detail-oriented with a sharp eye for accuracy in documents, processes, and communication. Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook. - Excellent communication skills, maintaining a clear, professional, and empathetic demeanor in all interactions. - Thrives in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities, showcasing adaptability.
