Quality Analyst (m/f) - Novora Technologies Novora Technologies, a vibrant division of Novora Group, is engaged in various technology-driven business activities, including software development and IT project management, with flagship software solutions tailored for the MICE and travel industries. www.novoragroup.com Required: We are looking for a detail-oriented and skilled Manual Tester to join our quality assurance team. The Manual Tester will work closely with development teams to understand project requirements, create test cases, execute test plans, and report defects. The candidate should have a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality software. Responsibilities: Collaborate with the development team to understand project requirements and specifications. Create detailed and comprehensive test plans based on project documentation and well- structured test cases based on functional and technical specifications. Ensure test cases cover all aspects of the software, including functional, performance, and security testing. Execute test cases manually and ensure comprehensive test coverage. Conduct regression testing to ensure that previously identified defects have been fixed and do not reoccur. Work closely with the development team to verify bug fixes and new feature implementations. Maintain detailed records of test cases, test results, and other relevant documentation. Provide clear and concise status reports on testing progress. Clearly communicate testing progress, issues, and risks to the project team and stakeholders. Qualifications: 3-5 Years of proven experience as a Quality Assurance Tester or similar role. Experience in cloud platform is required. Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. Proven experience as a Manual Tester or in a similar role. Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, testing types, and the software development life cycle. Familiarity with testing tools and bug tracking systems is a plus.
