Quality Analyst

You are an experienced Call Quality Analyst who will be responsible for auditing and evaluating sales calls at Make Me Travel in Jalandhar, Punjab. Your role will involve monitoring and assessing the quality and compliance of recorded/live sales calls, identifying communication gaps, providing feedback and coaching to sales agents, preparing quality audit reports, and collaborating with the sales team to enhance processes. Ensuring adherence to company policies and industry regulations will also be a key part of your responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: - Monitor and audit sales calls (recorded/live) to assess quality and compliance. - Identify gaps in communication, sales approach, and customer handling. - Provide constructive feedback and coaching inputs to sales agents. - Prepare quality audit reports and share insights with management. - Work closely with the sales team to drive process improvements. - Ensure adherence to company policies and industry regulations. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification. - 3-4 years of experience as a Call Quality Analyst (preferably in sales/travel industry). - Strong listening, analytical, and reporting skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Knowledge of sales processes and customer service standards.
