Key responsibilities include:
1.Identifying key problem areas in different regions and helping them in resolutions.2. To ensure 100% execution of the SOPs in the region by sharing compliance or by calling stores.3. Coordinating with Store managers, Area Managers for implementing the correct SOPs within the timeline.4. Connect with various departments to ensure smooth store operations.5. Conduct internal audits in the stores and report discrepancies if found.
Requirements:
1.Working knowledge of MS Office2. Data analytics skills- beginner level3. Performance rating of 3 & above4. Good verbal communication skills required.
