About the Opportunity

Quality Analyst (QA Engineer / Software Tester)

Key Responsibilities

Test Planning & Execution

• Create and execute

  manual test cases

  based on requirements.
• Perform

  functional, regression, and integration testing

  across web, mobile, or desktop applications.
• Log, track, and verify defects using bug-tracking tools (e.g.,

  Jira, Bugzilla

  ).

Collaboration with Development Team

• Work closely with developers to understand features and provide feedback.
• Participate in

  stand-ups, sprint planning, and product review meetings

  .

Documentation

• Maintain clear records of

  test cases, test results, and defect reports

  .
• Contribute to user stories, acceptance criteria, and test scenarios.

Test Automation (Optional / Growth Area)

• Support in automating test cases using frameworks like

  Selenium, Appium, or Cypress

  .

Continuous Improvement

• Stay updated on

  latest QA methodologies, tools, and best practices

  .
• Suggest improvements to strengthen quality assurance processes.

Requirements

• Education:

  Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field (preferred).

• Experience:

  2–8 years in software testing.

• Hands-on experience with manual testing

  ; exposure to

  automation testing

  is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with defect-tracking tools and test management processes
