Job Description

Responsibilities: Requirement analysis and validation collaborating with product managers, product owners, product architects, and business analysts to thoroughly understand business and technical requirements, Test plan and strategy translate requirements into detailed test plans including test scope, objectives, and test scenarios, identify potential gaps or inconsistencies in requirements early in the development process, Write test cases, covering both functional and non-functional requirements as well as test data generation to support test cases, Review quality metrics to measure test effectiveness and product readiness, Validate the results of automated tests to ensure accuracy, Track defects through tools like JIRA, ensuring resolution aligns with release timelines, Basic Qualifications for Consideration: Bachelors degree in computer technology or similar program from an accredited university, 3-5 years of testing experience with test automation tools (e-g Selenium, SpecFlow, Mabl, Cypress, etc, ideally within financial, banking or software companies, Basic understanding of API testing tools (e-g , Postman, SoapUI), Familiarity with SQL for database validation and testing, Ability to work in a fast-paced Agile environment and adapt to changing priorities, Preferred Skills, Experience, and Education: Experience in the financial services industry, Experience delivering projects using JIRA for planning and reporting,
