Quality Analyst

We are looking for a Manual QA Engineer with 2 to 4 years of hands-on experience in manual testing of web and mobile applications. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of testing methodologies and be capable of validating product functionality through comprehensive test cases. Experience with API testing using Postman is a must.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform end-to-end manual testing of web, mobile, and backend systems based on business requirements.
• Understand product features, identify test requirements, and create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test cases.
• Execute test cases and manually validate user flows, edge cases, and UI/UX behavior.
• Perform regression, functional, integration, and smoke testing.
• Conduct API testing using Postman to validate request/response, headers, status codes, and business logic.
• Log defects with detailed reproduction steps using tools like JIRA, and collaborate with the development team for resolution.
• Participate in requirement analysis, test planning, and daily stand-ups in an Agile environment.
• Maintain test documentation, including test cases, checklists, and bug reports.
• Ensure high-quality releases through careful testing and validation of production builds.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 2 to 4 years of experience in manual testing of web and/or mobile applications.
• Solid knowledge of test case creation, test execution, and defect reporting.
• Hands-on experience in API testing using Postman – must be able to validate JSON responses, perform CRUD operations, and write basic test scripts.
• Strong understanding of software testing life cycle (STLC) and defect life cycle.
• Familiar with Agile methodologies and sprint-based delivery models.
• Experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence, and TestRail or similar test management platforms.
• Excellent attention to detail, communication skills, and analytical thinking.

Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
