Quality Analyst

You will be joining our Quality Assurance team as a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Analyst. In this role, you will be instrumental in maintaining and enhancing the quality of our products and services through thorough testing, analysis, and process evaluation. Your keen eye for detail, strong analytical skills, and collaborative mindset will be crucial as you work closely with cross-functional teams to identify issues, ensure compliance with quality standards, and support continuous improvement initiatives throughout the organization. Your key responsibilities will include developing and executing test cases to guarantee software quality and functionality, conducting manual testing to identify and document defects, and collaborating with developers and other QA team members to address issues. You will also be responsible for performing regression, functional, integration, and usability testing on web/mobile apps, creating and maintaining detailed test case documents and reports, and contributing to the enhancement of testing processes. The ideal candidate for this position will possess a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field, along with 1-3 years of experience in the software quality field. Proficiency in JIRA for issue tracking and test management, familiarity with version control tools like Git, GitHub, and Bitbucket, and excellent attention to detail are essential requirements. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, along with excellent verbal and written communication abilities, will be key assets in this role. You should also demonstrate eagerness to learn and thrive in a collaborative team environment, with the ability to work independently and prioritize tasks to meet project deadlines.
