Hiring: Quality Analyst Insurance & Sales Process

Location: Ghansoli, Navi Mumbai

Openings: 5

Immediate Joiners Only

Shift Timing: Day shift, 6 days working

Roles & Responsibilities:

Experience in delivering training sessions to enhance team skills and knowledge in quality assurance processes.
Ability to analyze complex data sets and present findings to stakeholders for informed decision-making
Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Quality Analyst in a similar role.
Proficient in using quality tools such as Lean, Kaizen, and Six Sigma.
Strong understanding of customer centricity and process dynamics.
Excellent communication skills for effective feedback and coaching.
Experience in a customer service or insurance domain.
Knowledge of current quality assurance trends and best practices.
