Job Description:
We are hiring 10 Quality Analysts for our growing travel process team. The ideal candidate will monitor, evaluate, and improve agent performance and ensure compliance with travel standards and sales protocols in a night shift environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and evaluate calls, chats, and emails to ensure quality standards.
Provide feedback and coaching to travel sales/support agents.
Audit booking processes for accuracy and policy adherence.
Prepare QA reports and assist in continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements:
2 years of experience as a Quality Analyst in the travel domain.
Knowledge of GDS tools (Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo) is a plus.
Strong communication and analytical skills.
Comfortable working night shifts.
